  "This  breakfast  delight  is  simple. Use  blueberry  bagels  or  raisin  cinnamon. Because  of  the  bagels,  this  casserole  has  more  texture  than  a  standard  french  toast  casserole. ingredients v 2 bagels v 3ounces Laughing Cow cheese (3 wedges) v 3 eggs  or 3/4 cup  egg substitute v 1 ⁄ 2 cup  milk v 1 ⁄ 2 teaspoon  vanilla v 2tablespoons  maple syrup v 1 ⁄ 4 cup chopped  pecans v cinnamon sugar directions Ø   Split  the  bagels  in  two,  then  evenly  distribute  the  Laughing  Cow  Cheese  over  them.
