Warm Chicken and White Bean Salad Recipe
This looks nearly Christmasy with the red, green, and white. I hope that the Zaar people will discover that they enjoy this as much as I do. I myself adore it. It's also quick and easy to do.
ingredients

1tablespoon olive oil
- ·
2garlic cloves, crushed (used to flavor pan)
- ·
1cup sliced mushrooms
- ·
1⁄2lb
cooked chicken breast, cubed
- ·
1cup sliced roasted red pepper, from jar
- ·
1⁄2cup
sliced green onion
- ·
1cup frozen cut green beans, thawed
- ·
1(15 1/2 ounce) can cannellini or
(15 1/2 ounce) can navy beans, drained and rinsed
- ·
2tablespoons red wine vinegar
- ·
2tablespoons prepared pesto sauce
- ·
1small romaine lettuce,
torn into small pieces

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the crushed garlic for one minute. Take the garlic out of the skillet and throw it away.
- v Sauté the mushrooms for two to three minutes. Sauté the chicken cubes for two minutes. Cook for two minutes after adding the beans, peppers, and onions. Heat the pesto and vinegar until they are well combined. Over the lettuce, serve the salad. If desired, garnish with walnuts.
