Since I was around twelve years old, I have been doing this.
I made my mother a birthday cake and threw a birthday party with loads of freshly made food.
My friends and cousins assisted me by serving as my servers and aides.
Since the party was a huge success, I've continued to do this.
My mom would only eat this chicken meal that I had created eight years ago,
Ingredients
v 4boneless skinless chicken breasts
v 2tablespoons olive oil
v 1Hidden Valley Original Ranch
Seasoning Mix
v 1lb fresh spinach
v 1⁄2cup parmesan cheese
v 1⁄2cup mozzarella cheese
v 1⁄2cup seasoned bread crumbs
v 2eggs, beaten
v
1(6
ounce) can black olives,
sliced (optional)
Directions
· Drizzle the chicken breast with olive oil after butterflying it.
· After adding the Hidden Valley Seasoning and Dressing Mix to the chicken breast, put it aside.
· Cook the spinach in a sauté pan until it begins to cook down.
After turning off the heat, combine the spinach, Parmesan cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs, beaten egg, and olives in a medium-sized bowl.
Combine all ingredients and stir until thoroughly combined.
· Put a generous amount of spinach mixture in the center of each chicken breast, then fold it over so that it covers the entire surface.
· Place on baking sheet, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken thermometer reads 165 degrees.
