Asian-Style Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingrédients
- 4 cups cos letter leaves (baby torn)
- 375g de boneless skinless chicken breasts (cooked and chopped)

- 1 Yellow Capsicum (or red cut into thin strips, bell pepper)
- 2 tablespoons
- Two teaspoons
- Two teaspoons of mild soy sauce
- One teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
- One tablespoon of peanut butter
- Two teaspoons Honey
- One sprinkle of chili flakes
directions
1. 1 Separate and arrange the lettuce, chicken, pineapple, apple (or grapes), and bell pepper (capsicum) on separate serving plates.
2. 2. Whisk together the peanut butter, honey, lemon juice, soy sauce (or tamari), and chilli flakes in a small jug.
3. Between each of the four serves, drizzle the dressing.
